Payment Policy

We accept prepaid payments through secure payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only on selected orders and locations.

For orders above INR 2000, COD may be restricted or require a partial advance payment. The company reserves the right to cancel any COD order without prior notice if it is deemed suspicious or unverifiable.

Orders flagged as high-risk based on internal security checks may be accepted only on a prepaid basis.

Any fraudulent transaction will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Order Confirmation Policy

All Cash on Delivery orders are subject to manual verification via call or message. Orders that are not confirmed by the customer may be automatically cancelled.

The company reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be fake, incomplete, or placed with invalid contact details.

Repeated fake or unaccepted orders may result in permanent blocking of the customer from placing future orders.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service. The company is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

If a customer refuses to accept a COD order, the account may be restricted from future COD purchases.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Return and Refund Policy

We maintain a strict return policy to prevent misuse.

Returns are only accepted in case of damaged or defective products. An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any such claim. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests raised after this period will be automatically rejected.

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging. Used or tampered products will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed only after the product passes quality inspection.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

The company reserves the final right to accept or reject any return request.

Fraud Prevention Policy

The company actively monitors all transactions for fraudulent activity.

Orders with suspicious patterns, including but not limited to multiple orders from the same IP address, fake names, incomplete addresses, or abnormal purchase behavior, may be cancelled without notice.

Customers found engaging in fraudulent activities will be permanently blocked and may be reported to legal authorities.

Terms and Conditions

The company reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.

In case of pricing errors, product description errors, or stock unavailability, the order may be cancelled without prior notice.

The company shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the website or products.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to all policies mentioned on the website.

Product Authenticity Policy

All products are made of genuine silver as specified in the product description.

Minor variations in color, design, or finish may occur due to lighting and handcrafted nature of the product. Such variations shall not be considered defects.
