Return Policy

Official Logo Seal Required

Every product has an official Aroka Jewellers logo tag. If the tag is missing, torn, or damaged on delivery, the return will not be accepted.

Record a complete, uninterrupted video from picking up the parcel to fully opening it. No unboxing video = return rejected.

Order Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, the packaging must be completely intact and undamaged. Any damage to Aroka Jewellers packaging makes the cancellation invalid.

  • The Aroka Jewellers logo tag must be fully intact and attached to the product — torn or missing tags result in immediate return rejection.
  • A complete unboxing video must be recorded starting from picking up the parcel to fully opening it — no cuts, skips, or pauses allowed.
  • If a wrong product has been delivered, it must be kept exactly as received — unused, unaltered, in original packaging with unboxing video as proof.
  • For order cancellations, all Aroka Jewellers packaging must be completely undamaged — any damage makes the cancellation request invalid.
  • All four conditions must be satisfied together — returns failing any single condition will be declined without exception.
